Coin Handling Moves And Magic
Easy coin handling moves that when mastered will allow you to perform lots of amazing magic coin vanish tricks
French Drop
1. Hold the coin to be used in the magic trick, between your thumb and index finger.

2. The other hand is brought down from above as if it is going to pick up the coin. |

3. As the hand is being closed, drop the coin onto your lower hand. Keep the top hand closed and remove the other hand ( which really has the coin). The spectators will think that you actually took the coin in your upper hand. |

Classic Palm Vanish

1. At the start of this trick, the coin should be in the centre of your palm up hand. The coin should be in the palm position ( see photo, fleshy part at base of thumb should keep coin in place in the palm of the hand, pushing it towards the centre of the palm). |

2. You can now pretend to throw the coin into the other hand, but actually retain it in the palm ( this is called palming ) . |

3. Close the hand that the spectator thinks that the coin is in and get rid of the coin which is actually in the other hand ( use misdirection ). |
